Welcome to Mosser Cat Central, your ultimate destination for all things Mosser cat-related. The original #101 Mosser glass sitting cat figurine (pronounced "Moss-er") was made from 1976 to 2007 by Mosser Glass, located in Cambridge, Ohio. Mosser cats come in a large variety of colors and finishes. It’s estimated that around 230 different colors and finishes exist. Given the nature of the glass-making process, no two are identical, making them even more fun to collect. 

The cat measures 3 inches tall, which can be quite irresistible for new collectors since they require very little space. These colorful, rainbow-hued cats have countless dedicated collectors worldwide. In 2023, Mosser Glass brought these charming cats out of retirement. The first run after retirement, a color called Georgia Blue, was offered exclusively to our Facebook group, Mosser Cat Central.
