Maker's mark: located on the inside bottom of the basket. The older maker's mark consists of the letter "M" with an underline underneath. The newer version consists of the letter "M" inside of an outline of the state of Ohio.

This adorable feline is currently still being produced. We first saw this cat in the 1997 Mosser Glass catalog. However, we are missing the 1994, 1995 and 1996 catalogs from our archives so they could have been produced earlier. It is not in the 1993 catalog which helps us narrow it down to that timeframe. This tiny cat is in a relaxed lying down position. Its head is turned toward the right and it's gazing upward. The tail curves to the right. You can see wavy patterns in the fur. It comes in an assortment of colors both clear and opaque. It is also available in regular, carnival and satin finishes.
